JoeSportsFan

Last week's podcast subscribers got a little taste of the digital masterpiece that is "The JoeSportsFan Show".  And by "digital masterpiece," we mean "very little hardcore sports knowledge, and tons of references to Nintendo games and Saved By The Bell.  Everyone has their role.

This week, our round-table discussion featured Will Leitch (read him now at NY Magazine), AJ Daulerio (Deadspin.com), and Dan Levy (OnTheDLPodcast.com).  Riveting stuff.

Among the topics covered in this illustrious panel...

- Favorite scantly-clad athlete from Sports Illustrated.
- Celebrities fans who'd like to see go away.
- Sports wall poster you'd like to be buried with.
- Favorite Seinfeld sports moment.

The last topic obviously hits home around this neck of the woods.  Very enjoyable, and we were impressed with our guests' knowledge of the greatest sitcom of all time.

Nintendo Duck Hunt with Bobby Knight. "That's a goddamn winner right there."

Does Levy have an inferiority complex or is it my imagination?

Hmm... oh well. It sure sounded like someone was clipping their nails, anyway. :)

Bobby Knight playing duck hunt = brilliant.
Sebek, February 20, 2009 04:02 PM
Hmmm, I don't think so. Interesting observation nonetheless.

Was Sebek clipping his nails during the "Which celebrity fan do you want to go away?" portion of the Whiffle Ball segment?

That picture of Leitch is kind of creepy. Good show though.
