Exclusive photos and analysis of the renovations at Paddy O’s…
2011
Paddy O’s, a favorite watering hole for Cardinals fans, received a much needed/anticipated makeover this winter.
The bar, located a few drunken stumbles South of Busch Stadium, began construction on a renovated patio and a massive, two-story extension to their property as soon as the Cardinals’ 2010 season ended.
This weekend, we got a sneak peek at the Paddy O’s updates. They’re quite nice. It’s incredibly spacious and the additional brickwork facade is a nice touch that mimics the new Busch Stadium architecture. It makes Al Hrabosky’s shed across the street look like a, well, worse shed.
While we were thoroughly impressed with the physical accouterments, the upgrades made it tough to conceptualize a real pre/post game environment at Paddy O’s. Thus, we’ve done our best to visualize what’s in store for 2011.
