Shelby Miller suspended; likely, for being a Twitter d-bag

According to Rick Hummel of the Post-Dispatch and ten other guys from various outlets that also attended John Mozeliak’s press conference this afternoon, Shelby Miller, the Cardinals top pitching prospect, has been suspended indefinitely.

Mozeliak said Miller had been suspended for a “violation of team policy” and that the incident occurred last week.  The Cardinals organization deals in vagueness from the top-down, so we’re going to draw conclusions based on the resources at our disposal.  Namely, Twitter.  What say thee over the past week, Shelby?

Pushing supplements, getting inked up and public affection Taylor Swift? Yikes.

Nice work, Cardinals.  I would’ve suspended him too.
