Just swept the Cubs?  You’re probably okay to ask Tony abut pinch-hitting for Rasmus in the bottom of the eighth.

Just got one-hit by Paul Maholm and the Pirates? You probably want to start with a question about Aaron Miles’ determination while running out a double-play.

Apparently, the same Tony La Russa reads apply to Twitter.  Fresh off pimping an ARF event in St. Louis this Sunday, we decided to stick to the topic at hand and ask The Skipper a very important question.

So, Tony La Russa fancies himself a mixed breed, eh?

We’re not really sure what that means, since we’ve seen very few dogs that wear sunglasses at night.

One thing is for sure: if we had known La Russa was in a responding mood, we would have gone for the gold with, “Compare David Eckstein to your favorite terrier breed.”
