Only ESPN would mention an injury to the stupid Duke mascot. Come on. That's like mentioning an injury to one of their cheerleaders. It has nothing to do with basketball. Is ESPN really that much in love with Duke? I guess so.

If that kid in the Blue Devil costume goes on HGH or dianabol to help recover from the busted up knee, let me know. I think we might have room for a 4th or 5th outfielder that appreciates the joys of synthetic health and performance.

Roy, lets not forget the memory of the Ramses that got hit by a car and killed durning the big dance last season. I wish it were a joke, but he's really sitting beside me right now.

Rameses has been hurt all season but we don't broadcast it like some other schools

Richard, don't egg on the injury prone mascots. His parents have already received a call from me and I'm not about to get physical.

Britney would be a wonderful replacement for the injured mascot. If she could only clean up her life.

Bob Gibson

Needless to say, the 35,000 Brewers fans in attendance that night were a bit disappointed when they bought tickets to see Bob Gibson’s first start in Milwaukee.
