There are many ways fans choose to show their appreciation and appeal for specific professional athletes.

Among the common: collecting baseball cards, personalized jerseys, searching for autographs.

Among the weird: growing a fake goatee to mimic your hero's signature goatee.

Among the weirder: being born a woman and painting a fake goatee on your face to mimic your hero's signature goatee.

I suppose it's natural for a skeptic to call tomfoolery on this one.  Yea, it looks a little, um, doctored.  But it's all too real in St. Louis, Missouri.  We're sorry, Aaron Miles.

I suppose the only thing scarier than a woman with a *faux* goatee on her face is a woman with an *actual* goatee on her face...and even then, it's close.

The jumbotron is an absolute gold mine of fan hunting talent.  There are plenty of tattooed and mulleted fans that want nothing better than to left alone in the wild.  However, fans that appear on the jumbotron are a healthy mix of weird, outgoing, and extremely intoxicated.   A dedicated fan hunter should always have their camera ready during jumbotron moments.

I don't believe what I just saw

What's frightening is that this "woman" did this as a tribute to Aaron Freaking Miles. I mean, the guy's not a terrible player but he doesn't exactly inspire awe. I'd have nightmares if I ever saw how she pays tribute to Albert Pujols. She probably shaves her ass hair into the form of his goatee.

If we only knew what was going through Aaron Miles' head as he stared up at the jumbotron in between innings and saw his Major League profile next to that mess.

Oh shit, that's a woman???? I didn't realize it until I actually read the post.

She's lifting for USA in Beijing, I believe.

I'm fairly certain that Sebek has made a noteable dent in the tourism revenue for the St. Louis area.

I never had a problem either.

Looks like someone painted on their goatee a little lopsided. I never had that problem when I painted on my beard, brother.

I'm not sure which one is the real one, but I'm positive the one on the right has the higher OPS.

The real winner here is that spandex top. It's really outperforming its potential.

Due to the content I've seen on JSF, I'm never going near St. Louis. Is that *faux* woman checking out the vag on that reporter?

Duane Kiper

Towards the end of his career, Duane Kiper perfected the "HE HITS IT HIGH... HE HITS IT DEEEEP!" home run call for every one of the few occasions he popped the ball beyond the infield.
