Quite frankly, crop circles freak me out...like, wet my pants freak me out. But, perhaps I've found some supernatural product that can ween me from my fears...right here in Troy, MO. Yes sir, besides stockpiles of produce and an abundance of methamphetamines, Troy, MO has provided us with some quality entertainment.

At the intersection of Highway 61 and CR-735 in Troy, MO lies, what appears to be, the largest St. Louis Cardinal emblem ever assembled (at least in the crop business). The agricultural design is large enough to be clearly distiguishable from Google Maps - although you can pretty much see what car is parked in your driveway from Google Maps, so it's not that impressive.

Either way, we like what we see from the good ole boys down in Troy, MO.

From mere estimation, this design is roughly 2.0 acres in dimension - equivalent to 2 football fields. Pretty impressive.

Click here to see the actual Google Map. Really. Regardless of the hoax-level, this is an actual Google Map.

(Note: We cannot confirm that the crop artist responsible is this man, this man, or this man.  We can confirm that he/she is indeed the prototyical faithful Redbird fan and can pretty much guarantee that the fans below aren't talented enough to create such an aesthetically pleasing crop design...)

Greg Luzinski

Luzinski made headlines in 1985 when it is believed that he became the first player in history to request the bullpen car to drive him to first base after he earned a walk.
