The magnificent Derrick Goold over at the Post-Dispatch has been using the grandiose “Albertageddon” title to describe the Albert Pujols contract saga. The description has caught on in St. Louis, especially on Twitter.
It reached a new level on Sunday night when USAToday used the word in a column.
For us, it was a cue to fire up the trusty Photoshop and begin conceptualization a movie poster.
